How to Return Online Purchases at Seahstore.com

Eligibility and Conditions:

  • Exchange and Refund Period:
    • Full-price items: Eligible for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
    • Discounted items: Eligible for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
  • Return Condition:
    • All returned items must be in the original condition, including manuals, accessories, and packaging.

Return Methods and Fees:

  • Home Return (Courier Collection):
    • Fee: KD 2 for home collection.
    • Exceptions:
      • Return fees are waived for faulty items or wrong items sent by Seahstore.
      • Replacement products due to unavailability of the original item are also free to return.
    • Requirement:
      • Include the printed receipt for all returns and exchanges, whether in-store or home-collected.

Manufacturing Defects:

  • Seahstore.com Products:
    • Guaranteed for at least one year. Seahstore will cover the return shipping cost for defective items.
  • Non-Seahstore.com Products:
    • Generally guaranteed by Seahstore.com for one year unless specified otherwise.

How to Return Faulty Items:

  1. In-Store Return: Bring the item to any Seahstore location for inspection.
  2. Contact Customer Service:
    • Email: Hello@seahstore.com for assistance with returns or refunds.
    • Note: Returns cannot be processed for items intentionally damaged or used outside their intended purpose. Items out of warranty are also ineligible.

Refund Timeline and Method:

  • Refund Processing:
    • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after items are received at the warehouse.
  • Refund Method by Payment Type:
    • Home Delivery (Cash Payment): Refund as cash or voucher.
    • Home Delivery (Debit or Credit Card): Refund to the original payment card.
