How to Return Online Purchases at Seahstore.com
Eligibility and Conditions:

Exchange and Refund Period:
- Full-price items: Eligible for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
- Discounted items: Eligible for exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.

Return Condition:
- All returned items must be in the original condition, including manuals, accessories, and packaging.
Return Methods and Fees:

Home Return (Courier Collection):
- Fee: KD 2 for home collection.

Exceptions:
- Return fees are waived for faulty items or wrong items sent by Seahstore.
- Replacement products due to unavailability of the original item are also free to return.

Requirement:
- Include the printed receipt for all returns and exchanges, whether in-store or home-collected.
Manufacturing Defects:

Seahstore.com Products:
- Guaranteed for at least one year. Seahstore will cover the return shipping cost for defective items.

Non-Seahstore.com Products:
- Generally guaranteed by Seahstore.com for one year unless specified otherwise.
How to Return Faulty Items:
- In-Store Return: Bring the item to any Seahstore location for inspection.

- Note: Returns cannot be processed for items intentionally damaged or used outside their intended purpose. Items out of warranty are also ineligible.

- Home Delivery (Cash Payment): Refund as cash or voucher.
- Home Delivery (Debit or Credit Card): Refund to the original payment card.
