The following terms and conditions apply only between "Seahstore" and individuals who purchase products at www.seahstore.com, hereafter referred to as "Customers." Together, the "Parties" agree that their relationship will be guided exclusively by these terms and conditions. The Customer confirms that they are of legal age or have parental consent, possess the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and are able to place an order on the Website.
While Seahstore strives to provide complete and accurate information on its Website, there may be errors or inaccuracies present. Seahstore reserves the right to correct these errors or inaccuracies and to modify or update the information on the Website regarding product prices, availability, and descriptions at any time. As such, the terms and conditions that are in effect on the Website at the time an order is placed shall apply.
AVAILABILITY
The products and prices offered by Seahstore are valid as long as they remain visible on the Website, except for special offers. Customers are encouraged to check the availability of items on the product information page before making a purchase. In the event that an ordered item is unavailable, Seahstore may cancel the order and provide notice to the Customer. If an item is found to be unavailable after an order has been placed, Seahstore will inform the Customer that the item cannot be shipped. The remaining items in the order will be processed and shipped to the Customer as confirmed within the time frame stated in the email providing information about tracking the order.
ORDER
To place an order, customers must follow a series of steps. The material posted by Seahstore on the Website constitutes offers to purchase the products displayed on the Website (the "Offer"). Seahstore reserves the right to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any Offer for any reason without notice, and/or limit the quantity of any item presented in an Offer that may be purchased. When customers submit an order for products on the Website, it constitutes their order (the "Order"). Seahstore may need to verify personal or payment card information with the credit card issuer or payment solution provider before accepting any Order. Once payment for an Order has been verified, the customer will receive an email confirming the transaction.
PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS
Seahstore's prices on the Website exclude shipping charges and other optional services. These charges will be shown on the Order summary page before finalizing the Order. Payment is usually charged to the credit card before order processing. If a product is out of stock, Seahstore will refund the purchase amount to the credit card or payment card.
Customers can pay for purchases with credit card, Visa, MasterCard, or cash on delivery.
Seahstore.com ensures secure payment by using SSL encryption and processing payments through Checkout.com.
DELIVERY
Seahstore delivers to all areas in Kuwait listed on the website.
Delivery times shown on the Website start from the date of payment confirmation for card payments, or from the confirmation email for cash on delivery payments.
OUR PRODUCT WARRANTY
Seahstore products come with a minimum guarantee of one year for manufacturing defects. Non-Seahstore products are guaranteed by Seahstore for 1 year, unless otherwise specified.
In case of proven defect, the initial cost of the item and transportation will be refunded. The warranty covers defects during normal use, and does not apply to problems caused by negligence, deterioration, or inappropriate use by the Customer. Seahstore will inform the Customer of defects caused by improper installation or handling of products.

ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel an order, contact or submit a request through the "Contact Us" link as soon as possible, before the order has been handed over to the courier.
For out-of-stock items, if an item cannot be fulfilled within the scheduled time, an email will be sent to inform the Customer of the order cancellation. If only one item is out of stock, Seahstore will contact the Customer to confirm whether they want to proceed with the order or not.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Customers can return products within 15 days from the delivery date by visiting Seahstore.com, or by contacting the customer service team for home returns. Returns/exchanges must include the printed order receipt.
After a return is checked by a team, the refund will be processed to the card if paid by card, or cash, or through a voucher if paid by cash and requested for home return. Products must be in original packaging, and technical products will be subject to a quality check during return.
A product may be returned for refund within 15 days, except for underwear and swimming suits. The product must be new, fit for resale, with labels attached and all components included. The store reserves the right to refuse non-compliant returns.
FORCE MAJEURE
Seahstore will not be liable for failure to perform its obligations or for any damage or losses incurred due to force majeure or natural disasters.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Products purchased through the Website are subject only to the applicable warranties offered by the manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers. Seahstore makes no other warranties, whether express or implied, and disclaims liability for normal wear and tear, misuse, modification, incorrect product selection, or misappropriation. Seahstore's liability is limited as permitted by applicable laws.
ENTIRE CONTRACT
If a clause or clauses in these terms and conditions are declared to be invalid or void pursuant to any law or regulation or to a decision of a court or administrative authority, the other clauses will continue to have force and effect. Seahstore will make its best efforts to replace such clauses with a valid clause, the effect of which is closest to the spirit of these terms and conditions. In the event that a party does not require that any clause of these terms and conditions be enforced, whether permanently or temporarily, such forbearance may not in any case be considered to be a waiver of the clause.
JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Kuwait and that the competent courts.
