How to return online purchases?

Items purchased online can be exchanged or refunded at Seahstore.com in Kuwait. You can contact Hello@seahstore.com to schedule the return. You have the right to exchange and refund unwanted goods up to 15 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase for full price items, and 15 days for discounted items. When returning products, please make sure to return them in the same condition as when purchased, including manuals, accessories, and packaging.

Conditions

The shipping cost of returning any product through home return will be at your expense, unless the return reason is due to faulty items or wrong item delivery, as subject to the conditions listed in the following section. The cost of returning an unwanted replacement product proposed by us due to the unavailability of the initially ordered product is free of charge. Any return or exchange, whether in-store or home-collected, should always include the order printed receipt.

What if there is a manufacturing defect with the product?

In the rare occasion that you have a product with a manufacturing defect, don't worry! Seahstore.com branded products come with a minimum guarantee of one year. We will pay for the cost of return.

How to return faulty goods?

You have the option to return faulty items to one of our stores, where Seahstore.com team members can investigate the fault. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team at Hello@seahstore.com to arrange for a refund or return of your order. Seahstore.com cannot organize a return if products have been intentionally damaged or used outside of their intended purpose. If the item is no longer under warranty, unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange or refund a faulty item. You can find warranty information on each product page on our website.

The product is not a Seahstore.com branded product - what is the guarantee?

Other branded products are guaranteed by Seahstore.com for 1 year, unless specified on the product.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund within 2 business days from the date the products are received in our warehouse. The refund method will depend on the delivery and payment methods as shown in the table below:

كيفية إرجاع المشتريات عبر الإنترنت؟

يمكن استبدال العناصر التي تم شراؤها عبر الإنترنت أو رد ثمنها على SeahStore.com في الكويت. يمكنك الاتصال
 Hello@seahstore.com لجدولة الإرجاع. لديك الحق في استبدال 
واسترداد البضائع غير المرغوب فيها لمدة تصل إلى 15 يومًا من
 تاريخ الشراء مع إثبات الشراء للسلع ذات السعر الكامل ،
 و 15 يومًا للعناصر المخفضة. عند إرجاع المنتجات ،
 يرجى التأكد من إعادتها بنفس الحالة التي كانت عليها عند
 الشراء ، بما في ذلك الأدلة والملحقات والتعبئة والتغليف.

 على نفقتك الخاصة ، ما لم يكن سبب الإرجاع ناتجًا عن عناصر
 معيبة أو تسليم منتج خاطئ ، وفقًا للشروط المذكورة في القسم
 التالي. تكلفة إعادة منتج بديل غير مرغوب فيه نقترحه بسبب
 عدم توفر المنتج المطلوب مبدئيًا مجانية. يجب دائمًا أن يتضمن
 أي إرجاع أو تبديل ،أو يتم تحصيله في 
المنزل ، الإيصال المطبوع للطلب.

ماذا لو كان هناك عيب في التصنيع بالمنتج؟

في حالة نادرة أن يكون لديك منتج به عيب في التصنيع ،
 فلا داعي للقلق! تأتي المنتجات التي تحمل علامة Seahstore.com
 بضمان لمدة عام كحد أدنى. سوف ندفع تكلفة العودة.
